Create a contacts group or distribution list in the contacts manager.
To create a contacts group:
- From the global top navigation, click Contacts.
- Click the icon to launch the Add Contacts Group modal.
- Create a Group name.
- Set the Group Type to Public or Private access.
- Optionally, give the group a description.
- Click Add Group.
TIP: Contacts groups can also be used as distribution lists when sending presentations.
Note: Private groups are only accessible by the creator. Public groups are accessible by users with Contacts permission. Learn how to set custom permission levels.
Note: If you do not see Contacts in the global top navigation, contact your account administrator for access.
